I never even had a regular massage. But, I was having a lot of pain in my elbow which continued for several months. My injury was identified as Tennis Elbow, although I don't play tennis at all. I hurt it while filling a tanker truck at work. I had 2 or 3 types of medication from my doctor for pain and inflamation, but nothing helped. So when Amy suggested that I have a 'session' with Veena, I did not take her seriously. But after 2 or 3 more weeks of pain, I finally decided that I would try 'Reiki by Veena'. I didn't know what to expect. Veena said we would meditate first to relax and she would find my energy fields. Sounded very strange to me... Actually, after I did relax, I found the session to be very peaceful and calming. Somehow, Veena was able to pinpoint the pain in my elbow - and also the pain in my lower back that I had not told her about. The pain was almost completely gone! I felt better than I had in months! Veena told me that she recommended a series of follow-up sessions that would continue until all of the inflamation was gone. After such a postitive first experience, I'll be happy to go back for more.
